Steve Dalgleish from Dalgleish Catering will be a judge & 2 local prominent local faces (Graham from sports tackle and Kit from midwest marine) So come on down and show us your culinary skills !
  

The GDOFC will supply 4 squid tubes per entrant.
1 of them is going to the judges table 
3 of them out to the crowd.

 

NO ENTRY FEE.
 


We will supply all the cooking equipment, but if you require unique equipment, please let us know before hand or bring yourself.


Bring all your own spices and magic ingredients.


Time limit of 45minutes each entrant and for prep & cooking. 

 

We will offset the "start time" for groups of 3/4 apart by the time limit to allow continual food and reduce crowding in the kitchen. 


Alcohol and soft drink available to purchase at bar. 


Red meat BBQ also available for purchase for those that don't like the squid.
